In Barcelona, ??a new student hostel The Lofttown opened. Here, students can not only rest and feverishly prepare for exams - the main task of designers and architects was to create comfortable conditions for independent development.
To do this, the hostel has several rooms for coworking, and that students can take breaks with benefit, the building has a gym and a roof terrace, writes EuroPulse.
In this peculiar hotel for students can live 146 people at a time. Despite the high price (from € 830 to € 1850 per month), the hostel is already full. Next year, in Barcelona, ??it is planned to open two more hostels of this type, and in the future comfortable hostel-coworking will appear in Madrid, Valencia and Girona.
In some EU countries such hostels are not new (for example, in Germany). And Spain - the most popular country among students of the academic exchange Erasmus + - is just beginning to develop this niche.
