It is noteworthy that at the end of September 2017 in the Bundeswehr there were only 187 cases of sexual harassment, and in 2016 a little more than 128 harassment attempts were made in the whole year. The German Defense Ministry believes that these data are rather overstated, since soldiers simply began to report more often about violations in the ranks of military units.
