According to the text of the document, the electronic trust service is "a service that is provided to provide electronic interaction of two or more entities who trust the electronic confidential service provider.

The law significantly enhances business opportunities in the electronic environment. In particular, the definitions of "electronic signature", "electronic seal", "electronic identification", "electronic timestamp" and other.

The normative act adopted by Parliament will help protect personal data processed in the provision of electronic confidential services.

This document was developed by the government with the aim of harmonization with the provisions of the regulations of the European Parliament and the Council.
