Underground cigarettes dealers planned to be sold in Lugansk region. The police conducted searches and seized more than four hundred boxes of cigarettes without excise duty stamps worth a total of almost 5.5 million hryvnia.
Persons involved in the underground manufacture and sale of cigarettes are identified, clarifies the publication. Criminal proceedings opened.
