The additional scores for the preparatory courses provided for this year's introductory campaign helped to become a student for every fifth of those who received them.

It is noted that only students who successfully completed the preparatory courses at higher educational institutions and could apply for engineering, natural, mathematical, technological, pedagogical and agrarian specialties could receive additional points..

Onishchenko points out that 1,844 applicants enrolled to budget places received an additional point for the preparatory courses. At the same time, he helped only 350 entrants who without him would not have crossed the barrier.
