This was done to ensure that the Holding, as the holder of a blocking stake, did not allow "Kievorgbud" to crush the fraud in the dilution of the block of shares.

In the National Commission for Securities and Stock Market this information is confirmed, an appropriate protocol was drawn up that no general charges were collected. This means that any decision allegedly taken by "Kievorgbud" during the collection is not illegal and speaks about the fraud of the company's management.

In "Kievorgbud", despite obvious violations of the law, they insist on their own. They posted information on the increase in the authorized capital by placing additional shares.

In other words, having conducted additional emission, they reduced the share of Kyivgorstroi's shares and other holders.
