The lawsuit filed a public organization to the Ministry of Justice. The court press service informs that the plaintiff requests to recognize unlawful the inaction of the ministry indicated in the letter "On the refusal from the appeal of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to the District Administrative Court of Kiev about the ban on the activity of the political party" Party of Regions ".
In this connection, the plaintiff asks the court to oblige the Justice Ministry to apply to the court to ban the Party of Regions on the territory of Ukraine and to abolish the state registration of the party. The trial session for this production is scheduled for December 6.
