According to the information of the department, when trying to cross the Ukrainian border towards Hungary, a local resident was caught. With him, the detainee was a package with a narcotic substance about a kilogram in weight.
The SBU searched the detainee's house where money was found (10 thousand dollars, 10 thousand euros and 15 million Hungarian forints), one pistol, a RGD-5 grenade and several cars.
Also, plants were found that looked like hemp or marijuana and a half-kilogram bundle with a still unidentified narcotic substance.
The prosecutor's office of the region opened a criminal case on this incident.
As reported in "URA-Inform", recently in Odessa, two local residents were detained, who sold tablets with narcotic substance.
