The prosecutor's office suspects them of abuse of office, committed by prior agreement with a group of people. As a result of such actions, the State Administration of Railway Transport of Ukraine received less than $ 10.2 million or UAH 97 million.
Thus, the investigators found that at the beginning of 2014, the suspects used, without the available grounds for a number of freight forwarding organizations, preferential tariff rates for freight transportation, while establishing for them guaranteed traffic volumes.
