According to the investigators - a bribe was planned to be transferred in parts, and a smaller part - 15 thousand hryvnia - a worker of the village council received earlier. A delayed the head of the village council during the receipt of the most - 30 thousand hryvnia. The bribe was obtained for issuing a permit to develop a plan of the territory.
