It turned out that a large waste dump was recently identified in a tract called "Gaiki" - that near the village of Novy Yarychev. There they decided to use a plot of land of 1.2 hectares. Employees of the environmental inspectorate quickly discovered a number of violations of waste management by the village soviet.
