The criminal case was opened on the article on violation of fire safety requirements, which resulted in death of people, property damage in an especially large amount or other serious consequences. This is reported by the police department of the city of Kiev.
"The Investigative Department of the Goloseevsky Police Department collected information and entered into the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations. Criminal proceedings commenced on h. 2 items. 270 (violation of the fire safety requirements established by the law, which resulted in death of people, property damage in a particularly large amount or other serious consequences) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, "the police said in a statement. As a result of the explosion on Burmistenko Street on July 26, a woman was killed.
Recall, as reported URA-Inform, in the apartment building of Kiev explosion exploded: evacuation is being conducted.
