This bill is proposed to be identified by the user with their subscriber number on the basis of the identification agreement, which consisted of a messenger with mobile operators. The law comes into force on January 1, 2018.
If the messengers do not give up restrictions on sending messages to users, it is possible to limit access to the messenger.
