During a telephone conversation between Turkish Prime Minister Binali Yildirim and Iraqi Prime Minister Haydar al-Abad, Yildirim congratulated Iraq on the liberation of the city of Mosul from the terrorist group "IGIL". This was reported by Anadolu.
