Power supply was lost, because the protection systems of Ukrainian power lines were activated. According to the data of the State Emergency Situations Agency - the first of July, following a sudden complication of weather conditions - thunderstorms and strong winds - the deenergization of 745 cities and villages occurred in six regions.
Thus, 49 settlements were deprived of electricity supply in the Kiev region, and also in Sumy region - 341 settlements, in Poltava - 69, 181 - in Cherkaschin, and in Kirovograd - 76 and 29 - in the Chernihiv region. Now the rebel teams are engaged in oblenergos.
As reported URA-Inform, in Cherkaschin immediately 33 people were victims of bad weather.
