At the request of the prosecutor's office, the Pervomaisky District Court of the region found the 33-year-old Lozovsky recidivist, who committed one of his crimes while serving a suspended sentence, guilty on several articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, one more thing - during the investigation of the murder attempt, where he was a suspect.

According to the head of the local prosecutor's office Vladimir Govorukha, the culprit was sentenced to 20 years of imprisonment for a total of 20 years (to 15 years of imprisonment, assigned to the perpetrator of the Pervomaysky district court, the unencumbered punishment imposed by the verdict of Lozovsky district regional court from 2007 for committing mercenary crimes).

The prosecutor's office proved in court two criminal episodes.

One of them occurred in September 2008. A man committed it while serving a probationary period for mercenary crimes. At night near the cafe "Beryozka" in g. Lozovoj the malefactor three times has struck a friend knife in a breast. Thus, he resolved the conflict that occurred with the man because his girlfriend broke the glass in the institution. Due to timely medical assistance, the victim was able to save.

During the investigation, at the request of the prosecutor's office, the court arrested the suspect. However, after making the pledge, the man was released.

After some time, the attacker committed a second serious crime. In March 2014, the elder brother of the attacker had a conflict with two men. My wife saw this from the window of the apartment and called her husband's relative with help to understand. The latter immediately arrived at the scene, taking with him a pistol. He immediately opened fire. Of the five shots, four hit the back of one of the men, another one - into the belly of the other. Then the attacker quickly disappeared, the weapons threw away.

One of the victims of the injuries died, the second saved physicians.

During the trial, the suspect did not admit his guilt.

The court found the man guilty of the attempted assassination attempt, the attempted murder of two or more persons by a person who had previously committed a premeditated murder, and a premeditated murder committed by a person who had previously committed a premeditated murder (h. 2 items. 15 hours. 1 st. 115, h. 2 items. 15 p. 1.13 h. 2 items. 115, p. 13 h. 2 items. 115).

The verdict of the court did not come into force, since there is time for appeal on appeal. Now, at the request of the prosecutor's office, the convict is in custody.
