So, for last year the police managed to find out 115 such crimes. It is known that the National Police already in 2017 managed to identify 132 facts of trafficking in citizens.
This information was spread by the head of the Ukrainian police - C. Knyazev - during the meeting. The meeting was talked about the activities of the Department for Combating Crimes Related to Human Trafficking. During 2017, 132 criminal proceedings have already started - according to the 149th article of the Ukrainian Criminal Code. Already informed of the suspicion of 47 citizens - said Knyazev.
