Policemen caught at the hot during a bribe. According to the press service of the military prosecutor's office of the Central region of Ukraine, the prosecutor's office within the investigation of the criminal case detained two policemen who during April-May of this year extorted money from the citizen for not bringing her husband to criminal responsibility and not choosing him a preventive measure.

At the same time, the citizen twice sent through 20,000 hryvnias through intermediaries, but for the third time, despite attempts by policemen to avoid responsibility, criminal actions were exposed and bribe-takers were detained.

Now the prosecutor's office is preparing a written notification of suspicion in accordance with the relevant article of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, as well as the selection of a preventive measure in the form of custody and removal from office.

Recall, as reported URA-Inform, the prosecutor's office of the Kiev region reports on the detention of a senior sergeant of the police of the Kiev region to obtain undue benefits. The policeman demanded and received from the citizen five thousand hryvnia for not bringing to administrative responsibility.
