During driving, each driver must carry a driver's license, a registration document for the vehicle, an insurance policy.
If there are special signals, there must also be a separate permit.
In the performance of passenger transport, drivers must provide, at check, the documents on the basis of which the transportation is carried out.
The same applies to drivers engaged in freight transport.
The check of the documentation for carrying out the transportation of passengers and cargo is the responsibility of the State Service of Ukraine for Transport Safety.
However, law enforcement agencies can not stop a vehicle only to check the driver's documents for driving and using cars.
