The memorandum was signed by 15 city heads, but additional signatories are needed. This was reported to journalists by the director of the department for development and operation of housing and communal services of the Lviv regional state administration Nazariy Romanchuk.
According to him, no deals have been signed yet, because there is a procedure for public discussions and decision-making at sessions in local councils. Only after discussions the agreements will be signed, - explained Romanchuk, adding that the first agreements can be signed only in May.
