As noted, the law comes into force from the day following the day of its publication. In addition, the register is maintained in electronic form with a single centralized database.
The owner of the register is the Ministry of Defense, and the manager is the General Staff of the Armed Forces.
Thus, in a single database on the persons liable for military service, information will be provided about citizens, which is available to the Central Election Commission. In addition, the law will contain all the information available to the State Border Service, the Ministry of Education, migration and fiscal services.
Also, the document specifies the issues of military registration of persons liable for military service, which will be implemented not only on paper accounting cards.
Note that funding for the creation and operation of the register is carried out at the expense of the state budget, as well as other sources not prohibited by law.
