Ukrainian singer Oleg Vinnik invited TV presenter Katya Osadchaya to her gym for training.

Together with Katya, he did some exercises and admitted that daily activities in the gym make him as happy as concerts. Vinnik also talked about his diet, which helps him stay in shape.

"In the morning, 3 spoons of oatmeal on the water, without sugar and squirrels with spinach. For lunch - chicken breast, 200 grams and vegetables without starch. For lunch - lean meat. Dinner - 200 grams of fat-free cottage cheese. And at night a glass of kefir or a protein drink, "- told the artist about his diet for a day.
