“We wish everyone to return Home in the New Year and take back our Home”: a new DakhaBrakha concert in support of the Ukrainian

On the eve of the New Year, the world-famous group DakhaBrakha presented a special concert recording as part of the project " This project is dedicated to Ukrainians in temporarily occupied territories and the Resistance Movement of the MTR of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The live concert became a symbolic end of the year, recalling that Ukrainian culture is a powerful tool in the struggle for national identity. Some of the songs performed during the live were also included in the new album of DakhaBrakha and Sergei Zhadan: “Kozak”, “Ptakh” and “Trypilske techno”.

The album cover features a bird, symbolizing freedom and the inevitable return home..

During the performance, the musicians noted the importance of maintaining internal unity, despite active Russian propaganda, especially on VOT.

" We know where. No forced distribution of passports will change this. We are all Ukrainians. We must stick together and believe in Ukraine. The truth is on our side"

The group members also called on Ukrainians under occupation to become part of the cultural resistance: “Join the Resistance Movement everyone, as you understand it, as you can. Listen to Ukrainian, watch Ukrainian and be Ukrainian somewhere deep inside.

The concert is available for viewing on the YouTube channel " The authors of the project urge viewers not only to enjoy the music, but also to support the Special Operations Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, which coordinate the underground in the temporarily occupied Ukrainian lands.
