A new book for children and teenagers "When the Father takes his hand" is being prepared for publication in the Sverdlovsk region. It tells about the modern boy Mitya and about the young fearless priest who served in the ancient village of Merkushino a hundred years ago. She is about the Ural saint, the priest-martyr Constantine Merkushinsky. This year marks 100 years since his martyrdom - July 27, 1918 - as well as the heroism of many more and many martyrs who suffered in the summer of 1918 in the Urals.

"It is especially important this year that the young inhabitants of the Urals recognize their real heroes who lived side by side on this earth, and now they hear our prayers. And as in the book, the amazing story of the feat of St. Constantine has opened a whole new world for the boy Mitya, so, I hope, it will open for young readers. This book is bright and kind, sometimes cheerful, sometimes serious, "noted the authors of the edition.

The book is being prepared for publication by Novo-Tikhvinsky Monastery. Sisters will be very grateful to everyone who wants to participate in the publication of this book.
