Singer Valeriya Force amazed by losing 33 kg: before and after photos

Singer Valeriya Force (Valeria Simulik) openly shared with subscribers her story of struggle with excess weight. In her recent post on Instagram, a participant in the national selection for Eurovision 2026, “Ukraine’s Got Talent” and “X Factor” published a collage of two photos weighing 86 kg and 53 kg.

The singer admitted that on her creative path she has repeatedly encountered bullying.. However, the singer emphasized that the numbers on the scales never stopped her from loving herself.

Valeria noted that for a long time she could not lose weight and in the end she simply accepted her body. In her opinion, self-confidence and the ability to present oneself as a value protect against attacks from others much more effectively than any diet. She advised women to start not with dietary restrictions, but with beautiful clothes and hairstyles in order to feel inner strength.

“Damn it, I don’t believe this happened in my life.”. I think each of us has experienced bullying in our lives.. In one form or another. And you know my story from beginning to end. The little girl who appeared on stage “Ukraine’s Got Talent”, then X-Factor, then the song I’m a Fire, many didn’t even know that I was Ukrainian, Eurovision... And at every stage - bullying. Comments, discussions, comparisons, pressure. But you know what's most important? I weighed 86 kg, 70, 60 or 53 - I always loved myself. And this is the first thing you need to understand: any weight can be beautiful.. If you are in your body now and don’t love yourself, don’t start with a diet.. Start with how you present yourself.. Dress nicely. Do your hair. Give yourself more confidence. And believe me, people find fault much less when you treat yourself as an asset.. This is what saved me at my 86 kg, when I couldn’t lose weight for about 7 years. I just accepted myself and started living my life, and not waiting for “when I lose weight,” the star shared.

Valeria criticized popular methods like fractional nutrition, calling them ineffective for long-term results.

“The truth is that weight is not just about food.. This is about constants: diets, trainers, “new techniques”. And everyone says the same thing, not realizing that we are all different. Now the information is completely different than it was even 5 years ago. And yes, I’ll say it straight: fractional meals are not about losing weight.. Perhaps you lost weight on it. But tell me honestly: the weight is back?

Or are you just malnourished Or lost more muscle than fat? And the main thing is that you are happy with yourself now? Meals should not be “for 2 weeks”. It should be for life. And for it to work, it must be tasty.. Not “dry fish with vegetables” that makes you sick. I love to eat delicious food. And I learned to combine this with the result. And most importantly, I learned to love myself in any condition,” wrote Valeriya Force.
