People's Artists of Ukraine Natalia Buchinskaya and Ekaterina Buzhinskaya put an end to many years of enmity. The conflict, which lasted more than 10 years and was accompanied by public accusations, ended during an interview with Buchinskaya on the YouTube channel of host Slava Demin.

Right during the recording of the program, Demin suggested that Natalia call her colleague to finally talk without intermediaries.. Both artists were ready for dialogue.

Ekaterina, in turn, noted that she had been open to reconciliation before, and even proposed the idea of \u200b\u200bworking together in other interviews, but received no response.

The result of the conversation was an agreement on a future duet. Buchinskaya ironically noted that a joint song called “Two Planets” is a great way to finally show people that they are two completely different personalities.

“Two wise and beautiful singers - it’s time for us to create something. We need to do a duet. We need to live and unite, what the war taught us. Many people are witnesses,” noted Natalia.

The dispute between the stars lasted because of the similarity of surnames. Buchinskaya claimed that she was born with this surname, while Buzhinskaya insisted that it was her mother’s maiden name, and not a pseudonym made up by the producer. In 2025, the conflict escalated when Ekaterina accused Natalia of “paid interviews” and recalled her speeches at the Anti-Maidan, due to which Buzhinskaya, due to the similarity of her surname, had problems organizing tours in Europe.
