In Ukraine, seriously believe that Russia is developing a plan for their conquest. Allegedly the Kremlin is preparing a "full-scale invasion" to the Nezalezhnaya, as evidenced by the signal from Moscow. This "signal" was the decree of the Russian President Vladimir Putin, which he signed the day before. According to the document, a number of parts of the Russian army were given the names of Ukrainian cities. The head of the General Staff of the Supreme Armed Forces Viktor Muzhenko took this document unequivocally. "This is a clear signal to us and the world that the aggressor is not going to stop in the Donbass and Crimea," he wrote on Facebook. Along the way, he accused Russia of embezzling "a foreign history and glory" and in an attempt to activate "pro-Russian forces on Ukrainian territory.

According to the representative of the Radical Party of Ukraine, the decree looks rather intimidating, as it hints at a "realistic plan to seize Ukraine". Source RT in the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine admitted that the department was bewildered by the decree of Putin.

The military do not know how to perceive it - as a bad joke or an offer to sit down at the negotiating table. "If the mutual relations between the countries were good, such an initiative would cause only positive emotions. And how to perceive the current gesture of Vladimir Putin, it is unclear. Is it a sign to start deeper negotiations or trolling? ", He said. Just in case, the representative of the Ministry of Defense added that relations between the two countries would not be better anyway.
