Prime Minister of Ukraine Vladimir Groisman threatened to leave office if the Verkhovna Rada does not pass a law on the creation of an anti-corruption court. "I made a decision for myself that if this court (anti-corruption), fair, independent, does not lose its ground, I will forfeit the authority of the Prime Minister of Ukraine, I will resign," he said during the briefing. At the same time, the establishment of such a court is a key requirement of the International Monetary Fund (IMF). Only after this, the next tranche of the loan will be provided to the non-bazaar, "112 Ukraine". The Verkhovna Rada of May 23 did not adopt amendments to the draft law.

The President of Ukraine, in spite of this, still hopes that an anti-corruption court will appear in the country.
