Ankara is ready to raise again the issue on abolishing the visa regime between the countries. This was stated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkey Mevlut Cavusoglu. He also raised the issue of crossing the Russian-Turkish border by internal passports. "Of course, we are interested in completely removing visa restrictions for both Russian and Turkish citizens. He stressed that work in this direction will be carried out in stages. However, according to the head of the Turkish Foreign Ministry, there are already obvious progress in this issue. "The Russian side suggested some time ago at this stage to make a couple of concrete steps:
