On the ex-head of the architecture and urban planning department of the administration of Pervouralsk, Konstantin Hartman, a criminal case. He is suspected of taking bribes, the RF Sverdlovsk region has reported in the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
From 2014 to 2017, Hartmann assisted a private construction company to seize municipal land bypassing the statutory procedures. The 45-year-old founder of the firm paid him 800 thousand rubles for it. In respect of him, also instituted criminal proceedings.
