Objects of power engineering and electric grid facilities of the Middle Urals to work in the conditions of the autumn-winter period are ready. This was announced by Igor Chikrizov, First Deputy Minister of Energy and Housing of the Sverdlovsk Region, on August 30 at a meeting on the preparation of the power industry of the Urals Federal District for the autumn-winter period held in Chelyabinsk under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister of Energy Andrei Tcherezov.
He reported that the preparation of energy facilities and housing and communal services in the Sverdlovsk region for the winter is in full compliance with the established timetables, is under constant control of the regional government and personally by the governor Evgeny Kuyvashev.
"The formation of basic and reserve fuel reserves at heat supply facilities is carried out in the regular mode and exceeds the normative indicators. Repair-and-recovery and preventive works on power supply networks are practically completed. At the generation facilities, the necessary measures are in accordance with the approved regulations and are carried out in a year-round mode - as a rule, they do not influence the terms and quality of the consumers' heat supply, "said the deputy minister of the regional MinZhKh.
In connection with the construction of substitute sources of heat supply, noted Igor Chikrizov, special control of the government was the issues of heat supply to consumers of two settlements of the Serov city district - the village of Energetikov and the village of Pristantsionny. To date, they have been resolved - an agreement on the heating of housing stock and social infrastructure was concluded with the branch of PJSC "OGK-2" Serov GRES.
Special attention, according to the first deputy minister, for today require facilities of Russian Railways and JV "Transenergo". On the balance sheet of the network organization there are 52 substations of 110 kV substation with transit significance and 10 high-voltage transmission lines. The Federal Staff for Ensuring Energy Security decided to hold a separate meeting with JSC Russian Railways.
Recall, a week ago, the Sverdlovsk region was ready for the heating season only by 80%.
