Deputies of the Legislative Assembly of the Sverdlovsk region have adopted adjustments to the program of state property management of the region for 2017.

The forecast for income from the sale of land owned by the region, increased by 16.6 million rubles. The forecast for income of the program for today is 3.19 billion rubles. Expenses of the program are increased by 570 million and make 849 million rubles.

In 2017 it is planned to create an autonomous non-commercial organization "Bid Committee EXPO-2025". It also provides for the creation of a joint stock company "Ice Arena" with a share of the region in the authorized capital.

Deputy Yevgeny Zyablitsev asked how much the region plans to spend on the application campaign EXPO-2025 and it is worth all to spend money on participating in the event.

"If you do not try, it will not work out," a government official said, voicing a report on the topic. - Now in the budget for EXPO-2025 is laid 50 million rubles ".

During the report, it was said that the region is going to send 300 million rubles for the construction of infrastructure facilities in the territory of the Titanium Valley SEZ, including the customs building and road passes.

Some deputies expressed dissatisfaction with this decision, briefly observing: "We are burdening the next funds".

Also, within the framework of the state property management program, it is planned to purchase a number of real estate facilities for the amount of 270 million rubles with subsequent transfer to the treasury of the region. In particular, we are talking about the share in the objects of the Arti-Mikhailovsk-Nizhnie Sergi gas pipeline and objects in the structure of the hydraulic structure in Revda.
