US and Russian leadership raises rates, as evidenced by the bill on the expansion of sanctions and incidents in Syria.

This opinion was expressed in the commentary to the "Observer" by the expert-internationalist of the Ukrainian Institute for Policy Analysis and Management Vladimir Volya.

It is obvious that the document was supported by the people of President Donald Trump. In addition, the United States was shot down by a Syrian aircraft, then - the impact drone of Iran in the zone of responsibility of Russia.

All this indicates an increase in rates, "- said Wola.

According to him, recently there have been many unpleasant events for Moscow.

"If the president of Russia and Donald Trump do not agree on a full-format meeting, Putin can ignore the G20 summit altogether,.
