The Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko sent a proposal to the parliament to bring to justice the non-factional people's deputy Olesya Dovgiy.
He said this on his Facebook page.
"He introduced to the Verkhovna Rada the idea of ??granting consent to bringing to trial the people's deputy Olesya Dovgoi, who in his actions saw signs of abuse of official duties committed in complicity, for the purpose of unlawfully alienating 10 land plots of the Zhukov Island reserve with a total area of ??44.25 Ha, "- said Lutsenko.
Recall, earlier SAP asked to remove immunity from Dovgo.
As reported by the "Observer", the GPU sent a proposal to the Rada for the removal of immunity from Lozovy.
