Within the framework of the working trip to the northern municipalities of the Sverdlovsk region on the evening of May 22, the head of the region Evgeny Kuyvashev visited the Ivdel district, where together with the government members met with the heads of the municipality, deputies of the local council, representatives of enterprises and the public.
Work in the urban district Eugene Kuyvashev began with a survey of the regional highway connecting Ivdel and the village of Pershino (Ivdel-4). On this road he traveled together with the head of the city district Petr Sokolyuk and the Minister of Transport and Communications Vasily Starkov.
"As a result of the trip, the head of the region issued an instruction to the Ministry of Transport to repair the covering of the Ivdel-Ivdel4 road in sections with a total length of about 4 km, and also to bring the coating on the Ivdel-Ivdel1 road and a number of other highways connecting Ivdel with neighboring villages. All in all, by September 1, a total of about 10 km of highways of regional importance will be repaired on the instructions of Evgeny Kuyvashev in the city district. About 60 million rubles will be allocated for the work.. The source of funding has already been determined, in the near future the contractor will start work, "- said Vasily Starkov.
In Ivdel, the head of the region visited an apartment building on Mekhanoshina Street, 33. As the Minister of Construction and Infrastructure Development Mikhail Volkov explained, this house is one of two objects where apartments are currently being built under the housing housing emergency resettlement program. By September 1, both houses are planned to be commissioned. This will allow to settle slightly more than 3,5 thousand square meters of emergency housing stock and provide comfortable apartments for 98 families. The house in Mekhanoshina Street is designed for 57 apartments. It began to be built in February 2017, now the construction readiness of the facility is 65% - a box of the building was built, finishing works are underway.
Evgeny Kuyvashev inspected the house, as well as the layout of the apartments. At the exit from the construction site, future housewives were waiting for him. Fervid Ivdelian ladies almost strangled the governor in his arms. They thanked Kuyvashev for implementing the program in the municipality and for the opportunity in the near future to move from wooden houses to modern housing.
In the local administration there was a meeting with deputies, public figures, heads of enterprises and organizations of the city district. Kuyvashev began his speech with a story about the main socio-economic indicators that have been achieved by the Sverdlovsk region over the past five years. He also spoke in detail about the Five-Year Development Program, the development of which was initiated by the head of the region to consolidate positive trends, increase competitive advantages, create conditions for the growth of social well-being and prosperity for the Urals, and the development of all municipalities in the region.
Separately, the provincial governor dwelled on the key tasks that are to be addressed directly in the Ivdelsky urban district in the coming years. Thus, efforts are proposed to focus on strengthening economic stability and improving the efficiency of budget expenditures; Modernization of housing and communal services; Introduction of energy-saving technologies; Improvement of the quality of housing and communal services; Resettlement of emergency housing stock; Creation of favorable conditions for effective development of entrepreneurship; Implementation of measures to improve the demographic situation.
"An important area is improving the quality of health care in the Ivdelsk urban district. It is necessary to provide medical facilities with qualified personnel, provide high-quality technical equipment for hospitals, improve the speed and quality of medical services, "said Evgeny Kuyvashev.
The head of the region noted that the health of the residents of the municipality directly depends on the quality of drinking water, therefore, on his instructions, on May 15, funds were allocated from the regional reserve fund for major repairs of the main water conduit of the city district.
Also Evgeny Kuyvashev outlined one more pressing issue for every resident of Ivdel - road repair and improvement of roadside infrastructure.
Concluding the speech, the head of the region addressed the participants of the meeting with a proposal to actively join the development of the Five-Year Development Program by making projects important for the municipality in order to jointly create a strong, effective, economically sound program, necessary for people, which will become an effective mechanism for Promotion of the Sverdlovsk region to leadership positions, raising the standard of living and prosperity of the Urals.
Residents of Ivdel responded to this proposal and at the meeting announced their readiness to send local initiatives on the widest range of topics.
In the second half of the meeting, Evgeny Kuyvashev answered questions from representatives of the Ivdelsky urban district.
One of the questions concerned the possibility of gasification of houses located in the village of Polunochnoe, where more than 2.5 thousand people live. Evgeny Kuyvashev said that it is possible to organize such work, but this requires a project and an application in the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services.
"You know that we are systematically working to improve the quality of life of every resident of the region. About 900 million rubles are directed to gasification annually in the region. Once your project is adopted, approved, you can talk about the specific timing of its implementation. But it is important that the project was not only realized, but in the future it is claimed by residents. Realizing that not everyone is willing to pay for connection to networks, on my instructions, a bill is being drafted, according to which part of the payments will be subsidized for the needy and certain categories of citizens, "said the governor.
They were interested in the head of the region and the possibility of distributing graduates of higher and special educational institutions so that after their education they worked in rural areas and in small towns.
"In a pure form, the distribution of graduates is not, it will not be. But to solve the problem of providing personnel with health care institutions, social security - it is necessary. For this, in particular, it is required to create conditions for quality living - to provide young people with good salaries, housing. In some municipalities, housing is already being built for teachers, doctors. For example, a house for doctors was recently delivered to Irbit. At the regional level, we will certainly take an additional program for housing construction for state employees. The remaining issues on attracting cadres should be assumed by the heads and local deputies. Ivdel is a beautiful city. Over the past five years, there have been noticeable changes. I come here every other year and a half or two years and clearly see the changes. Here is a unique landscape, the city itself is very lively. So, if we allocate apartments to state employees, then people will come here. I promise that for our part we will work out a legislative initiative aimed at attracting specialists to small towns, "said Evgeny Kuyvashev.
The issue of the extension of the program for resettlement of emergency housing stock was also raised during the meeting. The head of the region noted that now it is important to show a worthy result for the implementation of the current program.
"Those municipalities that will implement the program will certainly continue to participate in it. We discussed this issue at the congress of the party "United Russia", at the State Council with the President of the country Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin. This is a very important question. This is one of the priorities laid down in the Five-Year Development Program. We will definitely continue to work on resettlement of emergency housing, "- said Evgeny Kuyvashev.
For an hour of communication with the residents of Ivdel, the governor answered almost two dozen questions, including, among other things, improving the quality of medical care, modernizing housing and communal services, repairing roads and social infrastructure in the urban district.
