Since we switched to a year-round system of work, a significant part of the contracts was concluded last year. Of the 12,000 types of work, almost four thousand have already been fulfilled, 1,666 of them have been paid for. This is about 30 percent. Separately, the leadership of the region discussed the repair of houses, which are located along the guest route of the World Cup. Six buildings on this map are objects of cultural heritage, which require a special approach.

"This is the first experience, when objects of cultural heritage participate in major repairs. There are more stringent requirements and jobs that cost 3-5 times more expensive than when repairing ordinary houses. It is clear that it is simply impossible to hold them at the expense of funds that are collected from residents, "added Nikolai Smirnov.

Recall that in the Sverdlovsk region is a long-term, 30-year program of major repairs, divided into three-year periods. Now the stage 2015-2017 is being implemented.
