Deputy City Council Anna Davydenko said that she was beaten in her office by the chairman of the Association of Self-Organization Population Natalia Panchuk, who herself is a deputy from the "Vinnytsia European Strategy".
"I came to Natalia Panchuk to get the documents. I needed a protocol of the quarter committee meeting from my district. I voiced my demand and started filming everything on video, because of what she attacked me and started to beat. I tore my jacket, scratched and spoiled my hair. I called the police, and she now went to the doctors with complaints of health, "- said the victim.
Davydenko wrote a statement to law enforcement agencies just in the lobby of the city council. In the office Panchuk confirmed that the deputy Davydenko really came. However, the conflict itself refused to comment, referring to the fact that Panchuk left and will most likely be after lunch.
