The corresponding order of the Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine has passed public discussions and comes into force. Tickets will be refunded on a progressive scale from May 2, the company reported.

From May 2, the percentage of the ticket price that is refundable in case of cancellation of the trip will change. The closer to the departure date, the larger share of the cost will be withheld.

At the same time, no restrictions are planned for military personnel of the Ukrainian Defense Forces purchasing tickets through Army+: 100% of the cost will be refunded if the ticket is returned before the scheduled departure of the train. Refunds of tickets purchased at Army+ are carried out online in the application.
