In Ukraine, those persons who, as of January 1, 1993, have lived or worked in the zone of guaranteed voluntary resettlement for at least three years (this is a mandatory condition) have the right to receive a pension with a reduction in the retirement age.

At the same time, you can assign a pension at the age of 54 if:.
as of the time of the Chernobyl accident on April 26, 1986, a person lived in this zone - it is enough to live six years in total (of which three - until January 1, 1993);
for those who did not live in the zone at the time of the accident, a total of 12 years must be lived (of which three - until January 1, 1993).
