The Cabinet of Ministers will index pensions in 2023, despite the war. Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmihal spoke about this at a government meeting.

The prime minister recalled that in 2022 the state allocated about UAH 800 billion for all social payments. The state has implemented all the increases planned for 2022. In particular, military pensions were indexed for the first time.
The Ministry of Finance previously reported that the issue of raising salaries for state employees would be discussed after the end of the war.
