Ukraine's direct losses from a full-scale Russian invasion have grown and now stand at about $113.5 billion, said Maxim Nefyodov, head of reform support projects at the Kyiv School of Economics (KSE)..

Nefedov sees the task of post-war reconstruction in that the restored infrastructure becomes more comfortable and European, takes into account modern logistical needs..

“When we rebuild, of course, we want to not just rebuild the old Soviet infrastructure brick by brick, we want it to be more comfortable, meet modern urban principles and European standards,” he explained on the air of the telethon.

Nefyodov noted that the high-quality restoration of infrastructure should be the key to the return of Ukrainians who were forced to leave their homes due to the war.

Russia Will Pay is processing satellite imagery of Ukraine's devastated infrastructure to record damages and offer comprehensive solutions to rebuild damaged cities.

“We plan to upload photos of how the object is being restored. And it is desirable that this restoration take place at a qualitatively new technical level,” Nefedov added..
