Recall that on November 26, 2020, the court of first instance satisfied the claims of the company, which claimed the office space that became the property of the bank in August 2016, three months before the nationalization of PrivatBank, as a result of foreclosure on mortgaged property in order to pay off the debt on the loan of the person,.
As it was established by the General Prosecutor’s Office during the pre-trial investigation in 2017, the former management of PrivatBank, when attracting refinancing loans from the National Bank, provided loans on non-market and previously unfavorable conditions for the bank to companies associated with it.
