Four state-owned enterprises of the space industry of Ukraine will turn into joint-stock companies, 100% of the shares of which are owned by the state, according to the Ministry of Strategic Industries of Ukraine.

“I hope that the state holding company Aerospace Systems of Ukraine will soon appear in Ukraine, which will include reformed enterprises of the space industry, which will represent the Yuzhny Rocket and Space Holding,” said Minister Oleg Urusky.
We add that in 2021 the Ukroboronprom concern was divided into two holdings: defensive and aerospace.
