Growth of tariffs for communal services in Ukraine for the year - data of the State Statistics Service

In August this year (for a month) in Ukraine, prices for housing, water, electricity, gas and other fuels increased by 0.6%. This is evidenced by the data of the State Statistics Service.

The State Statistics Service calculated that in general over the year (August to August), utility tariffs for the population rose by 29.0%. At the same time, in annual terms, tariffs for maintenance and repair of housing increased by 10.8%, and over the month - by 2.3%.

As for the prices for water supply, in August in comparison with the previous month they increased by 0.7%, and over the year - by 11.8%.. In addition, tariffs for sewerage increased by 18.6% over the year, and by 0.9% over the month..

The maintenance of housing and adjoining territories also rose in price - by 3.2% per year and by 0.1% per month. Electricity tariffs in August remained at the same level as in July, but during the year electricity prices increased by 36.6%.

In August, compared to July, natural gas tariffs increased by 2.1%, and over the year - by 96.1%.

At the same time, prices for heating and hot water - did not change, but over the year - increased by 13.9%.
