The national joint-stock company Naftogaz of Ukraine announced the appointment of Yuri Vitrenko as an executive director responsible, in particular, for negotiating with the Russian gas monopolist Gazprom.
“Yuri Vitrenko in the position of executive director will focus on the arbitration process with OAO Gazprom, including the enforcement of a transit case decision and negotiations on the future transit contract. He will also coordinate the project to solve the problem of sustainable development of PJSC Ukrnafta and the Naftogaz of Ukraine division for marketing research and analysis, ”the company said in a statement.
