Investors of these enterprises violated their privatization obligations. On Wednesday evening, February 21, on the air of one of the Ukrainian TV channels, said acting chairman of the State Property Fund of Ukraine Vitaly Trubarov.
In his words, in particular, the SPF demands to return the state "Ukrtelecom", because there are violations of post-privatization obligations by the new owners of the company.
Such global enterprises, similar to Ukrtelecom, where we would have done a similar procedure, do not. But slightly less, 130 objects of state property, we returned to state ownership, - explained Trubrov.
Recall, as reported URA-Inform, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine at the plenary session on Thursday, January 18, 2018, adopted a law on the privatization of state property. The corresponding document was supported by 266 people's deputies. The new law clearly establishes 11 months for large privatization objects and five months for small.
