According to the head of the department, the presence of Russian banks with state capital is significantly reduced in the banking sector, in fact, by all indicators. Soon they will not be in the Ukrainian market at all.
Vavrishchuk stressed that the withdrawal of Russian banks from Ukraine can occur by selling to new investors or by reducing the balance sheet.
In the NBU consider it expedient to extend sanctions against Russian banks.
As previously reported in URA-Inform, activists of nationalist organizations threw stones at the building of Rossotrudnichestvo, located on Borisoglebskaya Street. Then the radicals smashed the buildings of "Sberbank of Russia" and "Alfa-Bank".
