This was announced by the co-chairman of the working group and ex-head of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Financial Policy and Banking Sergey Rybalka on his Facebook page.
Now representatives of government agencies believe that it is necessary to further study this issue. Also, Rybalka stressed that the National Financial Service and the National Commission on Securities are ready to act as regulators.
"A single bill should be made after several meetings of the working group, and its bill (7183-1) will be taken as a basis," he explained..
It should be noted that the representatives of the National Bank of Ukraine, the National Financial Service, the State Financial Monitoring Committee, the authors of the draft laws "On the stimulation of the market of crypto-currencies and their derivatives in Ukraine" (7183-1) and "On the market of crypto-currencies in Ukraine" (7183), market participants and experts.
Recall, as previously reported, "URA-Inform", over 20% of owners of crypto currency borrowed money to buy bitcoin or other altcoyins.
