Israel's ambassador to the North Atlantic Alliance (NATO) Aaron Leshno-Yaar signed a logistics agreement with the Alliance's procurement department, prepared with the participation of Israel's military attache in the Netherlands, Belgium and NATO, Colonel of the IDF Arik Hen, and a representative of the Defense Export Department at Israel's Defense Ministry Meirav Dar.

On the part of NATO, the contract was signed by Peter Dohman, Director General of the Alliance's Purchasing Department, writes newsru. co. il.

The treaty opens up access to the inclusion of NATO suppliers in the database and participation in the tenders held by the alliance. Registration will be carried out through the Department of Defense Export in the Ministry of Defense.

The agreement opens the Israeli industry access to orders in the amount of about 4.5 billion dollars a year.
