The legal way to hide illegal incomes to Russian officials was suggested by the Ministry of Labor. The agency published new methodological recommendations on the provision of "information on incomes, expenditures, property and liabilities of property nature and filling in the appropriate form of certificate in 2018 (for the reporting year 2017)", which civil servants. Under the new rules, officials now can not declare not only received services and incomes in kind, but also their own crypto-currency, Izvestia reports.. Thus, civil servants can now use all means received illegally to buy bitcoins, especially since this currency shows excellent growth - 15 times per year. Of course, it is still difficult to spend virtual currency, but experts are working on it: more and more services are appearing on the Internet, which will tell the lucky owner of the cue ball, which stores they accept or where to find an ATM for converting crypto-currencies into real monetary units. In the meantime, fans of virtual money, which will soon be safely be ranked by the majority of Russian officials, are offered increasing freedom of choice. The head of Facebook Mark Zuckerberg is going to make a crypto currency for his social network. But everything indicates that he will overtake the founder of the messenger Telegram Pavel Durov - the other day he announced his readiness to create a blockbuster platform Telegram Open Network c own virtual money. However, the Ministry of Labor, as well as the Prosecutor General's Office and the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation, which approve the rules for declaring incomes of officials, do not see in the crypto currency the corruption danger. Another thing relatives: give money, and the civil servant then trouble - the incomprehensible origin of the means.

Therefore, all the gifts "in the envelope" from friends and relatives official from this year must declare.

In addition, under the new rules, educational institutions that are visited by underage children of officials will now also be indicated in the declaration. It's true - schools are different, and you should not hide from the people, if the child is studying for rabid money. In the end, this is not bitcoins, which no one has the right to count in someone else's wallet.
